Shareholders

New Hanza Capital share capital is EUR 25,000,000 consisting of 25,000,000 ordinary voting shares. One of the shareholders is ABLV Bank, the largest independent private bank in Latvia, holding 88% of company’s share capital. The company is run by the board consisting of two people having extensive experience in real estate industry in Latvia.
